Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-3209 to address conflicts between multiple health care directives by establishing that the most recent directive represents the patient's wishes.

Establishes a presumption that a valid health care directive or decision made by a patient's agent under a health care power of attorney takes precedence over a health care provider's order regarding life-sustaining treatment or similar documents.

Applies to any conflict between a patient's documented wishes and healthcare provider orders, protecting patient autonomy in end-of-life and medical decision-making situations.
