Repeals the 2013 amendment to section 16-924 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding campaign finance violations.

Amends section 16-924 to establish procedures for enforcing campaign finance violations through the attorney general, county attorney, or city/town attorney depending on the office involved.

Requires the appropriate attorney to issue a compliance order stating the violation and giving the violator 20 days to correct the violation, with 20 days to request a hearing.

Imposes a civil penalty of up to $1,000 if the violator fails to comply within the specified timeframe, with 30 days to request a hearing on the penalty.

Adds provisions allowing the secretary of state, county elections officer, or city/town clerk to refer violations by the attorney general, county attorney, or city/town attorney to a different attorney for enforcement.
