Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-552 regarding early voting procedures and ballot signature verification.

Requires election officials to send notice to voters if their early ballot signature does not appear to match their voter registration signature, requesting the voter's response.

Allows the early ballot to be counted if the voter does not respond within four days of receiving notice and the affidavit is otherwise sufficient.

Makes technical corrections to section 16-552, including grammatical updates and clarifications regarding early ballot processing and challenge procedures.
