Amends section 9-821 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding how cities and towns conduct elections.

Requires cities and towns to contract with the county elections officer to conduct and administer all municipal elections, unless the city or town conducts the election as a mail ballot election.

Removes outdated language referring to "of" in the statute text relating to election procedures.

Maintains that municipal elections shall conform as closely as possible to procedures governing general elections of county officers.
