Repeals the legal presence requirement for Arizona driver licenses and nonoperating identification licenses by striking subsection D of section 28-3153.

Eliminates the requirement that applicants must submit proof that their presence in the United States is authorized under federal law.

Removes the prohibition against accepting driver licenses from states that do not require lawful presence verification as primary identification.

Removes rules requiring verification procedures and temporary permits for applicants whose legal status is pending verification.
