Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-2240 to establish attorney-client-like privilege for communications between labor representatives and employees during grievance processes.

Prohibits labor representatives from being examined in civil actions regarding communications made by employees or advice given during representation in a grievance process.

Defines "employee" as a member of a collective bargaining unit with which a labor organization has a contract.

Defines "grievance process" as the process established by a labor agreement to address employee complaints about employer violations of that agreement.

Defines "labor representative" as a member of a labor organization or any person retained by a labor organization to represent an employee in a grievance process.
