Appropriates $103,575,900 from the state general fund and $30,813,100 from other funds in fiscal year 2014-2015 for a five percent annual salary increase for state employees.

Applies to all budget units excluding community colleges, with the Joint Legislative Budget Committee staff determining allocations and the Department of Administration distributing funds to each agency or department.

Salary adjustments are effective July 1, 2014 and apply to less than full-time employees on a prorated basis.

For Arizona Board of Regents and university employees, salary adjustments must follow the board's approved compensation plans.

Board and commission members paid on a per diem basis are excluded from receiving salary adjustments under this section.
