• Adds the fourth Monday in March as "Cesar Chavez Day" to Arizona's official list of state holidays.

• Renumbers all subsequent holidays in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 1-301 to accommodate the new holiday (Mother's Day through Christmas Day shift from paragraphs 5-15 to paragraphs 6-16).

• Repeals Section 1-308 of Arizona Revised Statutes as part of the holiday law amendments.

• Maintains existing rules for observing holidays that fall on Sundays (observed the following Monday) and Saturdays (observed the preceding Friday).
