Requires fantasy competitions to have prizes established in advance with values not determined by number of participants or fees paid, and outcomes determined predominantly by accumulated statistical results of individual performances in real-world sporting events.

Prohibits winning outcomes from being based on the score or performance of a single team or the sole performance of a single athlete in a single event.

Excludes fantasy competitions from the definition of "gambling" under Arizona law, meaning they are not subject to gambling regulations or restrictions.
