Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1502 to add a new provision making it criminal trespass in the third degree to knowingly enter or remain on real property while violating any other federal or state law.

Maintains existing criminal trespass provisions including unlawful entry after being asked to leave by law enforcement, property owner, or person with lawful control, or after receiving reasonable notice prohibiting entry.

Retains the railroad property trespass provision prohibiting unlawful entry or remaining on railroad rights-of-way, storage yards, switching yards, or rolling stock.

Confirms that law enforcement officers acting at the request of a property owner have the same legal authority to request someone leave as the property owner or person with lawful control.

Classifies criminal trespass in the third degree as a class 3 misdemeanor.
