Recognizes Arizona's military installations as critical assets for national defense, including Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Luke Air Force Base, Fort Huachuca, Yuma Proving Ground, and Marine Corps Air Station Yuma.

Acknowledges that Arizona's military installations contribute more than $9 billion annually to the state's economy and notes Arizona will host two F-35 joint strike fighter wings with 14 F-35 suppliers generating $98 million in economic impact.

Highlights Arizona's unique military capabilities, including the longest overland artillery range in the nation at Yuma Proving Ground, the largest fighter wing in the U.S. Air Force at Luke Air Force Base, and the busiest Marine Corps air station at Yuma.

Recognizes the Arizona National Guard's deployment of over 12,000 soldiers and airmen since September 11, 2001, and its operation of Apache attack helicopters and multiple air wings.

Expresses the Legislature's support for military missions in Arizona, the Department of Defense, Congress, and military families.
