Proposes an amendment to Article II, Section 8 of the Arizona Constitution to expand the right to privacy to explicitly include protection of personal information.

Adds language prohibiting the obtaining or disclosing of personal information without authority of law, alongside existing protections against home invasion and disturbance of private affairs.

Establishes that the state bears the burden of proving its collection or use of personal information advances a legitimate state interest and that such actions are narrowly tailored to meet that interest.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election for approval before the amendment takes effect.
