Proposes amendment to Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 2, Section 6 to remove legislative arrest privilege protections.

Removes the phrase allowing legislators to be privileged from arrest except for treason, felony, and breach of the peace.

Retains protection from civil process during legislative sessions and for 15 days before session commencement.

Requires voter approval and proclamation by the Governor to take effect.

Secretary of State to place proposition on next general election ballot.
