Advocates for Taiwan's participation in international organizations including the International Civil Aviation Organization and the World Health Organization.

Notes Arizona's significant trade relationship with Taiwan, which is the state's 13th largest export partner and 7th largest import partner, with over 63% of machinery and electronics exports from Arizona's semiconductor industry.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the U.S. President, Members of Congress from Arizona, and the U.S. Trade Representative.
