Proclaims October 9 of each year as PANS, PANDAS and PITAND Awareness Day in Arizona.

PANS and PANDAS cause sudden onset of obsessive-compulsive disorder in children with symptoms including tics, severe anxiety, aggression, and developmental regression.

PITAND is similar to PANS and PANDAS but triggered by various infections including mycoplasma, pneumonia, mononucleosis, and Lyme disease.

Estimates indicate approximately one in fifty children in the United States suffer from these conditions, making them as common as pediatric cancer and pediatric diabetes.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit copies to the Governor, Arizona Department of Health Services, National Institute of Mental Health, Moleculera Labs, and PANDASNetwork.org.
