Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 22, Chapter 4, Article 1 by adding section 22-409 regarding municipal court operations.

Allows municipal courts to conduct business on the second Monday in October, provided the city or town is open for business on that day.

Requires approval from the presiding judge of the municipal court before the court may transact business on that date.

Became effective upon Governor approval on March 17, 2015.
