Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 1-242 to change the state's time standard from rejecting daylight saving time to adopting daylight saving time.

Removes the existing provision that allowed Arizona to reject federal daylight saving time requirements and instead authorizes the state to adopt daylight saving time.

Eliminates the language permitting future legislative action to change the rejection of daylight saving time, reflecting the permanent adoption of the practice.
