AZ HB2015

Amends Arizona law to change the presidential preference election date from "the Tuesday immediately following March 15" to the same date as Iowa's presidential caucuses.

Requires the Secretary of State to determine Iowa's caucus date and transmit it to county boards of supervisors at least 90 days before the election, or if announced later, hold the election on the first Tuesday after 90 days from announcement.

Changes the governor's proclamation authority from discretionary ("may") to mandatory ("shall") to adjust the election date if Iowa caucuses are no longer the earliest state presidential primaries.

Reduces the governor's proclamation deadline from 180 days to 90 days before the election and requires transmission to county boards of supervisors at least 90 days before the election.

Maintains all other provisions governing presidential preference elections, including that no other election may appear on the same ballot.
