Amends Section 37-311 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding definitions for trust lands suitable for conservation purposes.

Removes the word "existing" from the definition of "existing lessee" in subsection (b) to make it consistent with subsection (a)'s language.

Maintains the definition of "conservation" as protection of natural assets of state trust lands for long-term benefit of land, trust beneficiaries, lessees, the public, and unique resources.

Preserves definitions of "open space" as land generally free of uses that would jeopardize conservation values or obstruct scenic beauty, and "trust land" as any land owned or held in trust by the state.
