Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-511.07 regarding the Arizona State Parks Board's authority over state lands and improvements.

Corrects the statutory reference from "article 9, chapter 2, title 37" to "chapter 2, article 9, title 37" to reflect proper code organization.

Clarifies that the board may take over state lands and improvements without requiring application to and approval by the governor when the legislature has created the park or monument.

Maintains that all elements of damage specified in section 41-511.06, subsection B must be considered when determining compensation to lessees or permittees.
