Repeals section 41-3015.07 of Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively to July 1, 2015.

Adds section 41-3019.05 to establish a termination date of July 1, 2019 for the office of administrative hearings.

Repeals Title 41, chapter 6, article 10 on January 1, 2020.

Continues the office of administrative hearings to ensure the public receives fair and independent administrative hearings, pursuant to section 41-2955, subsection B.
