Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-344 regarding uniform plans for workers' compensation insurance.

Modifies subsection B to clarify that rating organizations may use their own statistical plan if it does not materially conflict with the uniform statistical plan for reporting purposes to the designated statistical agent.

Corrects subsection C to remove redundant language regarding insurers developing subclassifications of the uniform classification plan, either directly or through rating organizations.

Requires insurers or rating organizations to file subclassifications and associated rates with the director, with a mandatory 15-day waiting period before effectiveness.

Maintains director authority to disapprove subclassifications that cannot be reported consistently with uniform plans or do not meet established rate standards.
