Amends section 20-2308 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding portability of health coverage for newborn and adopted children.

Clarifies that newborns, adopted children, or children placed for adoption are eligible individuals if continuously covered under an accountable health plan since birth, adoption, or placement.

Eliminates preexisting condition exclusions or limitations for eligible children who meet the continuous coverage requirement, regardless of the required creditable coverage period.

Corrects grammatical phrasing from "is-not" to "is not" in existing statutory language (technical correction).
