Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-313 regarding investigation of wage rates for minors.

Corrects grammatical verb form from plural "are" to singular "is" when referring to minors receiving oppressive wages.

Applies the correction in two locations within the statute where the commission evaluates whether minors in an occupation are receiving oppressive and unreasonable wages as defined in Section 23-311.

Does not change the substantive requirements or procedures for wage investigations, only corrects the technical grammar error in the existing statute.
