Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-434.01 to update references to soil remediation standards from "section 49–104, subsection B, paragraph 16" to "title 49, chapter 1, article 4."

Requires property owners with actual knowledge of soil remediation conducted pursuant to title 49, chapter 1, article 4 to provide written notice to purchasers prior to transferring ownership.

Exempts written notice requirement when soil remediation attains standards for residential uses in accordance with rules adopted under title 49, chapter 1, article 4.

Defines "residential use" to include dwellings where residents may have frequent contact with soil, and similar uses such as child care centers and elementary schools.

Allows civil actions to proceed under standard rules for sellers who fail to provide required written notice to purchasers.
