Prohibits courts, the Department of Juvenile Corrections, foster parents, and child welfare agencies from ordering or permitting children in state custody or foster care to undergo medical or genetic experimentation.

Prohibits physicians from conducting medical or genetic experimentation on children committed to the Department of Juvenile Corrections or foster children.

Restricts administration of any medication not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration to state wards and foster children.

Applies to children committed to the Department of Juvenile Corrections and foster children as defined in Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-501.
