Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-424 regarding voting machine specifications.

Changes "Insure" to "Ensure" in requirements that voting machines provide absolute voting secrecy.

Removes redundant language "but no more" from the requirement that voting machines permit voters to vote for not more than the lawful number of candidates for an office.

Removes language stating voting machines shall be "constructed to provide facilities" and replaces it with simpler language that machines "provide" voting facilities for both primary and general elections.
