Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-418 to change the deadline for library trustees' annual reports from the first Monday of July to the second Monday of July each year.

Requires trustees to report to the governing body of the city or town with a full statement of property and money received, sources, and how funds were expended.

Mandates reporting on book inventory including the number of publications on hand, those added during the year, those lost or missing, and those loaned out.

Requires inclusion of "any other statistics, information and suggestions that may be of general interest" in the annual report.

Specifies that the secretary of the board of trustees must prepare and verify the financial report showing all receipts and disbursements under oath.
