Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1629 to modify the annual reporting requirement for the Arizona Board of Regents.

Expands the recipients of the annual fiscal year report to include the president of the senate and speaker of the house of representatives, in addition to the governor.

Maintains existing reporting requirements regarding universities' colleges, schools, departments, curricula, faculty, students, and financial information.

Report must be submitted within ninety days after the close of each fiscal year.
