Replaces references to "police magistrates" and "police courts" with "municipal courts" throughout Arizona Revised Statutes sections 1-215, 11-952, 12-1578.01, 12-1598.06, 22-375, 36-2021, and 42-1122.

Updates the definition of "magistrate" in section 1-215 to include judges of the court of appeals and judges of municipal courts, removing the outdated reference to police magistrates in cities and towns.

Modifies section 36-2021 to define "court" as including the supreme court, court of appeals, superior court, justice of the peace court, municipal court, and city courts authorized by charter.

Changes section 42-1122 definition of "court" to reference "all courts of record, justice courts, and municipal courts" instead of including police courts.

Includes appropriations and budget amendments for fiscal year 2015-2016 Arizona judiciary operations, including the supreme court, court of appeals, and superior court.
