Changes presidential elector presentation from a bracketed list format to representation by the names of presidential and vice-presidential candidates on the ballot, with surnames printed in bold type.

Requires the vice-presidential candidate's surname to be listed directly below the presidential candidate's name, with the voting indicator placed next to the presidential candidate's surname.

Specifies that one mark next to a presidential candidate's surname counts as a vote for all presidential electors from that candidate's political party.

Maintains the requirement that presidential and vice-presidential candidates be grouped together and arranged by political party as prescribed in existing ballot arrangement rules.
