Amends Arizona confidentiality and public records laws to include Department of Child Safety (DCS) employees who have direct contact with families in the course of employment as eligible persons for personal information protections.

Allows DCS employees to request that their residential address and telephone number be redacted or restricted from county recorder, county assessor, county treasurer, and motor vehicle department records for five years.

Extends protections against posting personal information on the internet to DCS employees, making it a class 5 felony to knowingly publish their personal information that poses an imminent and serious threat to safety.

Allows DCS employees to request sealing of voter registration records and restriction of records maintained by the Department of Transportation through the same judicial petition process available to law enforcement and other eligible persons.

Adds DCS employees to the definition of "eligible person" across multiple Arizona statutes (sections 11-483, 11-484, 13-2401, 16-153, 28-454, 39-123, and 39-124) to provide consistent personal information protections.
