Amends Arizona law to allow child abuse reports to be made to tribal law enforcement or social services agencies for Indian minors residing on Indian reservations, in addition to existing reporting requirements to peace officers or the Department of Child Safety.

Modifies statute 41-1750 to authorize tribal social services agencies to receive criminal history record information from the central state repository for purposes of preadoption certification investigations, evaluating fitness of custodians or prospective custodians of juveniles, and investigating or responding to reports of child abuse, neglect or exploitation.

Extends criminal history information access to tribal social services agencies under the same conditions and limitations currently applied to the Department of Child Safety, requiring fingerprint submission or name, date of birth and social security number for information requests.
