Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 31-165 to remove the population restriction on county jails requiring health care services.

County jails must pay claims for inpatient and outpatient hospital services at reimbursement rates established under Section 36-2903.01, subsection G.

County jails must reimburse for health and medical services at rates not exceeding the capped fee-for-service schedule adopted by the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System Administration.

Applies to inmates and persons who would otherwise be treated in county jails when the jail cannot provide required health care services.
