Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 26-126 regarding violations and classifications in military affairs matters.

Removes the phrase "the provisions of" from subsection A describing penalties for knowingly failing to provide accurate information to county recorders or enrolling officers.

Maintains classification of the offense as a class 2 misdemeanor for individuals who fail to provide or provide false information related to military subject matters.

Maintains petty offense classification for county recorders or enrolling officers who fail to perform prescribed duties or falsify records under this chapter.
