Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 26-1003 regarding the Code of Military Justice and jurisdiction to try military personnel.

Clarifies that a person discharged from the National Guard who is later charged with fraudulently obtaining that discharge remains subject to court-martial for that charge and for all offenses committed before the fraudulent discharge.

Specifies that a person who has deserted from the National Guard remains subject to military jurisdiction under the Code of Military Justice regardless of any subsequent separation from service.

Makes technical corrections to the statutory language in section 26-1003 regarding military justice procedures.
