Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-606 regarding the Department of Veterans' Services acting as executor, administrator, guardian, or conservator.

Changes the language in subsection A from "conditioned upon" to "conditioned on" regarding the corporate surety bond conditions for faithful discharge of departmental duties.

Maintains the $500,000 corporate surety bond requirement that the department must post with the secretary of state.

Clarifies that the department shall act without additional bond when appointed as administrator, conservator, executor, or guardian, with courts required to order accordingly.

Allows courts to authorize charges for each estate's bond premium share to be paid from estate assets and deposited in the state general fund, with the department determining the charge amount.
