Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2604 to expand authorized recipients of prescription monitoring program data.

Adds county medical examiners, alternate medical examiners, and their delegates to entities permitted to access prescription information when directing death investigations under section 11-593.

Expands the definition of "delegate" to include forensic pathologists, medical death investigators, and other qualified persons assigned to death investigations under section 11-594.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections while allowing data disclosure to law enforcement, licensing boards, healthcare providers, and courts with proper authorization.
