Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-845 regarding Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) retirement benefits.

Corrects outdated terminology by replacing "per cent" with "percent" throughout the statute describing various pension calculations for different member categories.

Expands the definition of "firearms" that retiring members may purchase from their employer to include handguns, pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, and other weapons designed to expel projectiles, rather than limiting it to handguns and shotguns.

Changes the purchase price mechanism from "less than fair market value" to "a price determined by the administrator of the agency employing the member," giving employers discretion in setting the price.

Applies these firearm purchase provisions to members receiving normal pensions, accidental disability pensions, ordinary disability pensions, temporary disability pensions, catastrophic disability pensions, and tax equity benefits.
