Amends A.R.S. § 49-1008 to correct grammatical language regarding underground storage tank closure procedures.

Changes "which" to "that" in the description of how temporary closure, permanent closure, and change in service must be accomplished to prevent releases of regulated substances.

Changes reference from "40 Code of Federal Regulations parts 280.70 through 280.74" to "40 Code of Federal Regulations sections 280.70 through 280.74" to accurately reflect the federal regulatory structure.

Requires the director to prescribe rules for underground storage tank closure activities that are consistent with federal regulations in effect on the date rules are adopted.
