Adds a requirement that offenders on intensive probation must agree in writing to allow certified peace officers to conduct searches of their person based on reasonable suspicion, at any time of day or night, with or without a warrant.

Prohibits peace officers from conducting such searches solely for the purpose of harassment.

Requires prisoners released to community supervision to agree in writing to the same search conditions as a requirement of their community supervision before release.

Applies these search authorization provisions to both intensive probation under section 13-914 and community supervision under section 41-1604.07.
