Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 46-172 to modify the lifespan respite care program administered by the Department of Economic Security.

Changes eligibility language from "do not currently qualify for" to "do not currently receive" other publicly funded respite services.

Removes the sunset provision that ended the program on July 1, 2017, making it a permanent program.

Appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the Department of Economic Security for the lifespan respite care program.
