Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 42-5038 to make a technical correction to language regarding transaction privilege taxes.

Changes the phrase "shall be" to "are" in the statute describing how transaction privilege taxes relate to other licenses and taxes.

Clarifies that transaction privilege taxes imposed under the article are in addition to all other licenses and taxes levied by law.

This is a technical/grammatical correction with no substantive policy changes to transaction privilege tax law.
