Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-322 to include joint technical education district (JTED) boards in nomination petition signature requirements.

JTED governing board candidates elected at-large require signatures equal to at least one-half of one percent of total voter registration in the district, with a maximum of 400 signatures.

JTED governing board candidates elected from single-member districts require signatures equal to at least one-half of one percent of total voter registration in that district, with a maximum of 400 signatures.

Establishes that voter registration counts for JTED boards are calculated using periodic reports prepared by the county recorder on March 1 of the general election year.
