Amends section 15-443 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to formation of new common school districts.

Changes the language in subsection A, paragraph 2 from "Set forth" to "Sets forth" regarding boundaries of proposed common school districts.

Applies to new common school districts formed in unorganized territory based on petitions signed by parents or guardians of at least ten pupils.

Requires signatories to be residents of the proposed district and reside more than four miles from any existing school district schoolhouse.
