Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-456 to change the language from "which" to "that" when describing school buildings within a proposed joint common school district.

Modifies the provisions governing which county has jurisdiction over a joint common school district, changing from specific statute citations to a more general reference "as otherwise provided for the joint common school districts."

Clarifies that the county school superintendent of the jurisdictional county shall perform all duties required for the joint common school district.

Maintains that the board of supervisors of the jurisdictional county exercises authority over the joint common school district, with the exception that school district taxes levied on property in other counties must be levied by those counties' boards of supervisors.
