Amends Section 23-236 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to youth employment cease and desist orders.

Modifies the language requiring cease and desist orders to state the violation, the requirement or rule being violated, and that the alleged violator is entitled to a hearing within 20 days of issuance.

Establishes that cease and desist orders shall include a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 against the person named in the order.

Makes the civil penalty payable to the general fund.
