AZ HB2211

Adds new definition of "motorized quadricycle" to Arizona motor vehicle code as a self-propelled, electric motor-powered vehicle with at least four wheels, seating for at least eight passengers, operable without pedal assistance, and meeting federal low-speed vehicle standards.

Requires motorized quadricycles to be operated at a maximum speed of 15 miles per hour and prohibits operation on highways with posted speed limits exceeding 35 miles per hour.

Mandates that motorized quadricycles display a permanent notice of operational restrictions in a location clearly visible to the driver.

Requires applicants registering a motorized quadricycle to certify in writing that operational restriction notices are properly attached to or painted on the vehicle.

Renumbers existing definition of "neighborhood electric vehicle" from paragraph 36 to paragraph 37 in section 28-101 to accommodate the new motorized quadricycle definition.
