Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-113 regarding budget preparation and submission of budget estimates.

Corrects the word "estimate" to "estimates" in the final sentence of the statute to maintain grammatical consistency with the plural usage throughout the provision.

Maintains existing requirements for budget unit heads to submit financial estimates and receipts to the governor by September 1 or within 30 days thereafter with approval from the director of the governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting.

Applies to annual budget units (yearly submissions) and biennial budget units (submissions every two years in even-numbered years), with no substantive changes to submission deadlines or procedures.
