Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-947 regarding special restrictions on vehicle lamps and lighting devices.

Prohibits vehicles from displaying red or red and blue lights visible from the front or rear, with lights from the front required to be amber or white only.

Exempts authorized emergency vehicles, historic fire engines used for parades or display (with lights covered when not in use), and stoplights/signal devices as prescribed by law.

Clarifies that stoplight and other signal devices prescribed by Section 28-931 are not subject to the red light prohibition.
